In an interview with Pa\u00eds Positivo magazine, published by Jornal SOL in its July 2026 edition, Oramix Board Member Paulo Pires<\/a> discussed the role of artificial intelligence in healthcare and the cybersecurity challenges facing the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the interview, he argued that technology should support clinical decision making and never replace doctors. He also warned about the growing risks associated with connecting hospital equipment to networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cArtificial intelligence, particularly in healthcare, does not aim to replace doctors. Rather than acting as a pilot, I would say that AI is intended to be a copilot,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
