Oramix kicked off 2026 with its sales kick-off meeting in Copenhagen, Denmark. The meeting brought together the sales team, members of Oramix’s Executive Committee, and representatives from the company’s various technical and business areas.
“The sales kick-off is a key moment at the start of the year,” said João Tavares, Sales Director at Oramix. “It is essential for the entire team to be aligned around our goals and how we intend to achieve them. We want to meet our clients’ needs and, to do so, we aim to set a direction that is consistent with the evolution of the market itself,” he added.
The meeting included an analysis of the results achieved in 2025 and the identification of the key technology trends to watch in 2026, with a particular focus on Cybersecurity, Data Management and Digital Transformation. These discussions helped align priorities, identify growth opportunities and strengthen collaboration between the sales and technical teams.
The sales kick-off also featured a team-building activity at Luna’s Kitchen, where the team was challenged to prepare and share a meal. The initiative aimed to strengthen team spirit, encourage collaboration in an informal setting and create an opportunity for sharing that complemented the strategic work carried out throughout the meeting.
The meeting marked the starting point for a year in which the company intends to consolidate its position and respond consistently to the technological challenges of 2026.
