As it has been the practice, January began at Oramix with the sales team kick-off, an annual meeting where we analyse the results achieved in the previous year and the prospects for the year to come.
This year’s kick-off meeting took place in Florence, Italy, in the second week of January, and was attended by the Oramix Executive Board and representatives from the various business and technical teams.
At this meeting, the achievements of 2022 were presented and the sales and technical goals for 2023 were outlined. In order to improve the service provided, the teams analysed the main technological challenges faced by customers in the areas of Data Management and Cybersecurity, and a strategy was defined to support companies in responding to the obstacles encountered in their day-to-day operations.

“This year, we had the presence of our CTO, Pedro Rocha and also Carlos Caldeira, Cybersecurity Division Manager, and Ricardo Godinho, responsible for the North Branch of Oramix, representing the respective teams. Much more than a sales team event, the kick-off is an opportunity to align multiple teams”, says João Tavares, Oramix Sales Manager.
“These actions strengthen the relationship between teams, boosting results throughout the year. 2023, we’re ready!”, adds the sales manager.
The kick-off meeting also worked as a team-building moment, allowing the Oramix team to visit some of Florence’s most emblematic monuments.
